Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer single-piece samples at a retail rate. If you proceed with a bulk order of that specific style within 30 days, we will credit the price difference back to your wholesale account.
What is your return policy for wholesale items?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of delivery. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and contact our support team with photos of any discrepancies to initiate a claim.
