At APG Wholesale, we want to ensure your boutique is stocked with pieces your customers love; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original polybags with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method and allow 5-7 business days for processing once the shipment is received.
